If this is your first visit to our clinic, please give us a call at (416) 222-3768 and our reception team will be happy to assist you. Initial appointments booked online cannot be confirmed as we require a credit card and the completion of initial intake forms. Your forms will be emailed to you once your appointment is confirmed.

We highly recommend that you wear a mask during your massage therapy appointment. We understand that our clients and staff have different risk levels of COVID-19 and are taking an individual-centered approach. Your RMT will have a conversation with you prior to treatment and develop a plan that ensures BOTH you and your RMT feel comfortable. This may mean that either you or your RMT are asked to wear a mask.

Massage Therapy

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle style of massage therapy used to promote the flow of fluid under the skin, known as lymph, back into blood circulation. MLD is a specialized technique that is clinically recognized by organizations around the world, such as the Lymphedema Association of Ontario and the Canadian Lymphedema Framework.

Fascial Stretch Therapy

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a gentle table assisted stretching technique that is designed to help improve flexibility and mobility through passive movement. It is a specialized technique that addresses fascial restrictions and imbalances in the body.

Hot Stone Massage Therapy

Hot Stone Massage is a specialty massage using smooth, heated stones, most commonly basalt lava stones, a black volcanic rock that absorbs and retains heat well. The water-heated stones come in various shapes and sizes, from tiny little stones that are placed between your toes to larger stones the therapist uses to massage your body.

Massage Therapy with Craniosacral

This modality is a very gentle, light touch approach that focuses on calming the central nervous system, in order to help the body and all its other systems relax and self correct.

Acupuncture

Medical acupuncture is the integration of classical acupuncture with modern medical knowledge, using fine needles to stimulate specific points in the body to modulate the nervous system and promote the release of natural pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory chemicals.

Massage Therapy with Cupping

This therapy helps to promote blood circulation by drawing blood to the surface of the skin, which facilitates the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to tissues and promote the removal of waste products. The suction created by the cups can help to loosen tight muscles and release knots, leading to a sense of relaxation and relief.

Laser Therapy

BioFlex Laser technology uses red and infrared light rays to treat many discomforts stemming from stress, injury, and chronic conditions. Red light emissions help bring down inflammation and promote circulation to a specific area of the body while infrared light stimulates the healing potential of the area.

Aromatherapy Massage

The therapeutic power of touch combined with the healing and balancing properties of essential oils is by far the most effective method to use essential oils. The therapeutic use of essential oils and massage can affect all the systems of the body – in particular the muscular, circulatory, lymphatic (immune) and nervous systems.
